Job description
About the Job:
We are looking for a Team Leader to help support our business in Calgary. The successful candidate must have a good driving abstract and be able to provide as such.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for overseeing the Security Team.
- Scheduling.
- Evaluate and document employees' performance and provide feedback to Skanna Management.
- Reports directly to Skanna Management and the client.
- Perform Health & Safety Audits and report any issues to Skanna Management and the client.
- Perform daily audits to ensure Guards are doing their assignments correctly.
- Ensure all security staff is fully capable of handling emergency evacuation plans.
Requirements:
- Valid Alberta Security Guard License.
- College degree or higher qualification.
- Must have own vehicle.
- Flexibility to work all shifts including nights and weekends as needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Excellent customer service with demonstrated experience.
