Our financial services client is seeking a Sr Project Manager to lead Technology Enablement projects using Salesforce and SDLC methodologies [-95]

Join a high-visibility Technology Enablement initiative focused on Salesforce and software development within a banking environment. This role leads project delivery across scope management, resource planning, vendor coordination, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment for complex IT initiatives. The engagement supports cross-functional teams and external vendors on large-scale projects requiring strong project controls, change management, and executive communication. There is possibility for extension beyond the initial contract term.

Must Haves

• 6+ years leading IT projects focused on business process and organizational change
• 3+ years managing cross-functional teams for large-scale, high-visibility initiatives
• SDLC management across internal development teams and third-party vendors
• Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent professional certification

Nice to Have

• Technology Enablement project experience
• Salesforce project exposure
• Experience tracking project burn rates and managing vendor deliverables
• Experience building critical-path project schedules and managing change controls

Responsibilities

• Partner with Technology Enablement, business, and third-party stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Collaborate with the Program Manager to establish program standards aligned with portfolio goals
• Develop and execute project plans including resource allocation, timelines, and budget oversight
• Identify and address project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
• Deliver reports highlighting achievements, risks, and financial status
• Lead cross-functional teams and external vendors to achieve project milestones
• Produce and maintain project artifacts ensuring continuity and clarity throughout the engagement
