Data Analyst

Salary: $45,700 - 111,000 per year

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in data analysis, with strong SQL querying and database management skills using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or comparable systems
• Ability to build clear, engaging data visualizations with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
• Knowledge of R and Python for statistical analysis and automation
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies and Agile project management practices
• Strong understanding of business analysis methods and database design principles
• Experience with varied data sources and tools, including SQL databases, Excel VBA automation, and Unix shell scripting with Bash, is highly desirable
• Strong analytical abilities and skill in communicating complex findings to non-technical audiences
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
• Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau and Power BI to share insights across teams
• Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements for data solutions
• Design and maintain well-structured databases using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or similar platforms
• Support project management in an Agile environment and help deliver analytics projects on schedule in line with SDLC best practices
• Automate recurring reports with VBA, Bash, or Python to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Assess business processes, recommend improvements, and implement data-driven strategies
