PeopleSoft FSCM Techno-Functional

We are hiring for a PeopleSoft FSCM Techno-Functional Consultant. This role focuses on PeopleSoft FSCM PeopleTools and PUM upgrades, combining financials functional expertise with hands-on technical development.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of PeopleSoft experience, including at least two PT/PUM upgrade cycles.

What you bring

• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM modules, including General Ledger, Project Costing, Cash Management, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, eSettlements, and eSupplier Connection

• Hands-on experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, Integration Broker, and Application Designer

• Experience with PUM, Change Assistant, PUM Dashboard, Change Packages, and Selective Adoption

• Knowledge of PeopleSoft Fluid pages, Event Mapping, and Related Content

• Strong SQL skills with Oracle or SQL Server

• Experience with customization analysis, compare/merge, retrofits, and project migration

• Familiarity with TFS and technical documentation

What you'll do

• Lead functional and technical activities for PeopleSoft FSCM PT/PUM upgrades

• Analyze PUM images and identify relevant fixes and enhancements

• Assess functional and technical impacts across configurations, interfaces, reports, and security

• Develop, test, and retrofit customizations using PeopleCode, SQR, and Application Engine

• Validate integrations and interfaces after upgrades

• Prepare technical designs, requirements documents, test scripts, and migration runbooks

• Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, and performance testing

• Coordinate with business owners, application owners, and technical teams

• Support migration, cutover, and go-live activities
