We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food Service District Manager to lead and oversee multiple Popeyes restaurant locations in New Brunswick. This leadership role requires operational excellence, and a focus on driving sales and business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong supervisory skills, and a passion for process improvement to ensure the success of each location and the overall district. Role Description

Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, the District Manager assumes the responsibility of overseeing operations of New Brunswick Popeyes restaurants, managing a team dedicated to ongoing continuous improvement. You will establish open communication channels with the Restaurant Managers and Head Office to ensure excellence across the entire restaurant network. The District Manager is tasked with maintaining adherence to operational standards and financial metrics in a seamless and continuous manner.

You will be expected to:

• Lead and manage multiple food service locations within the district, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to company standards

• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, inventory management, quality control, and customer service

• Supervise and mentor location managers and staff, fostering a positive work environment focused on teamwork and accountability

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation regulations, and company policies at all locations

• Collaborate with corporate leadership on strategic planning, marketing initiatives, and brand consistency

• Exhibit exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills

• Showcase a track record of successfully increasing sales and effectively overseeing multiple restaurant operations while upholding our values and culture with honesty and integrity

• Conduct regular on-site evaluations alongside Restaurant Managers and Crew to ensure optimum customer satisfaction

• Manage budgets and implement cost controls to enhance revenue and profitability.

• Travel to various locations and work diverse hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate business requirements

Your Qualifications

As the ideal candidate, you have gained experience in the food industry, managing multiple restaurant locations; experience with a branded concept would be an asset. Your ability to work independently with minimal supervision and seamlessly collaborate within a team, adapting your approach as needed, sets you apart. Proficient in remote management, you excel in overseeing multiple locations concurrently, maintaining accountability for meeting specified targets and performance metrics. To ensure effective operational management, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required. Valid Class 1 Driver’s license and use of personal vehicle during the performance of duties.
