Our telecommunications client is seeking a Cloud Network Engineer (10+ years) to support cloud operations using Azure networking solutions

Join a Networks and Infrastructure team supporting cloud connectivity and integration initiatives across a large-scale satellite communications environment. This role focuses on Azure networking solutions including hybrid networking, routing, security, private access, and SaaS integrations with platforms such as GitLab, Jira, Confluence, Workday, and Salesforce. The position also supports deployment and maintenance activities using Azure Portal, PowerShell, Terraform, Azure CLI, and Azure ARM templates.

Contract, Hybrid (4 days per week onsite, 1 day remote)

Must Haves

• 10+ years in Cloud Network Engineering within Networks and Infrastructure environments
• Deployment and maintenance of Azure networking solutions including hybrid networking, connectivity, routing, security, and private access
• Hands-on deployment using Terraform, PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Azure ARM templates
• Deep knowledge of Azure hub and spoke, VNETs, and Virtual Fortigates in Azure
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, Git, and GitLab for Configuration as Code environments

Nice to Have

• Azure native virtual firewall
• Azure virtual Palo Alto firewalls
• SaaS integrations with GitLab, Jama, Jira, Confluence, Workday, and Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Support network requirements for cloud operations across the organization
• Integrate connectivity with SaaS vendors including GitLab, Jama, Jira, Confluence, Workday, and Salesforce
• Evaluate cloud applications, designs, and best practices
• Recommend Azure networking solutions for hybrid networking, routing, security, and private access
• Plan Azure networking implementations across cloud environments
• Implement and maintain Azure networking solutions
• Deploy networking solutions using Azure Portal, PowerShell, Terraform, Azure CLI, and Azure ARM templates
