Software Implementation Specialist to help clients successfully launch and adopt resource management & ecommerce software for the ski resort / winter sports industry

Join a dynamic Product Delivery team that helps clients successfully launch and adopt new software. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, learning how systems work, and guiding customers through new technology in a supportive, hands-on way.

You will be the face of the product during onboarding - helping clients understand the system, answering questions, and making sure they feel confident using the software. You’ll work closely with experienced technical teams who support the more complex configuration and backend work. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is curious, organized, and comfortable speaking with clients. Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn are more important than deep technical experience.

The role is mostly remote, with occasional travel (up to 30%) to support client onboarding and go-lives, primarily in Québec and other regions.

Initial 8-month contract, with strong possibility of extension / conversion to permanent full-time. Remote, eastern time zone.

Responsibilities

• Help new clients get started with the software and feel comfortable using it
• Run friendly, structured onboarding and training sessions (English & French)
• Talk with clients to understand their needs and guide them through setup
• Support go-live activities and help clients during their first weeks of use
• Work with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation behind the scenes
• Help document client needs and feedback
• Assist with troubleshooting and escalation when needed
• Build strong relationships with clients as their main point of contact during onboarding

Must Haves

• Comfortable speaking with clients and running meetings or demos
• Experience working with ski resort management, retail, food service, scheduling, or other point-of-sale systems
• Positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn technical concepts
• Some experience in customer service, support, IT support, or training is an asset
• Basic understanding of technology or software systems (training provided)

Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS, customer support, or technical support roles
• Strong communication skills in English and French
• Exposure to databases or SQL
• Ability to work on-site or travel regularly to Québec City and surrounding areas would be
