Job Overview We are hiring a Licensed Industrial Millwright (Red Seal / 433A) to oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across local industrial facilities. You will be the primary Millwright on site, working closely with facility management in an autonomous environment. Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyors, drive motors, steam generators, and heavy machinery.
• Perform mechanical alignments, basic welding/fabrication, and routine machinery inspections.
• Maintain equipment operational readiness and complete basic shift logs (90% floor work / 10% paperwork).

Requirements

• Interprovincial Red Seal Millwright / Industrial Mechanic (433A) ticket required.
• 3+ years in industrial manufacturing, heavy industry, or ready-mix environments.
• Must pass a criminal background check, drug & alcohol medical exam, and a respirator fit test (must be clean-shaven where the seal meets the face).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors across changing weather conditions.
