MoD is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to lead our client’s marketing function. This is a hands-on senior role combining strategic leadership with direct execution where you’ll stay involved in the day-to-day work that matters.

The role is based out of London, ON (hybrid) and/or GTA (remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Own their integrated growth marketing strategy, from lead generation and paid acquisition through to retention and re-engagement
• Lead a multidisciplinary marketing team while remaining hands-on with strategy, execution, and continuous optimization
• Build disciplined, data-driven approaches to SEO, paid search, paid social, email, and emerging AI-enabled marketing capabilities
• Lead digital advertising strategy and optimization across channels
• Lead SEO and lead-generation strategies

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 7-10 years of progressive marketing management/leadership experience
• Strong expertise in growth marketing, demand generation, and digital acquisition across organic search, paid search, paid social, and email channels
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SEO, search strategy, GEO optimization, conversion rate optimization, analytics, attribution, and A/B testing
• Demonstrated experience with website strategy, CMS platforms, landing pages, content strategy, and digital project leadership
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary marketing team while remaining willing and able to step into execution when required

Salary Range: $80,000-$100,000 plus bonus
