Job Description

Select People Solutions is looking for a Duct Cleaning Technician to join our client's team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has strong mechanical skills, and takes pride in providing quality customer service. Previous HVAC or duct-cleaning experience is an asset, but training may be provided to the right candidate.

Compensation & Hours:
• $23–$25/hour, depending on experience
• Monday to Friday, daytime shifts
• Full-time position

Position Summary:
• Perform residential and light-commercial duct cleaning
• Clean furnace components, vents, registers, and dryer vents
• Set up, operate, and maintain professional duct-cleaning equipment
• Protect customers' homes and ensure work areas are left clean and organized
• Communicate professionally with customers and explain completed work
• Identify potential HVAC concerns, maintain service records, and complete required paperwork

Required Qualifications:
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand and power tools
• Physically capable of lifting equipment and performing hands-on work
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with a clean driving record
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow safety procedures
