• Provide customer service with regard to the installation, operation and maintenance of products and applications as well as answer other types of inbound customer queries. With an emphasis on Customer Care.

• Build and maintain positive customer relations by offering personalized solutions and ensure requests are handled appropriately by coordinating with various functions within the company.

• Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues using established diagnostics tools and procedures. Escalates customer issues as required.

• Responsible for accurate data input using prescribed applications.

Schedule

• We are looking for candidates with open availability.

• Program hours of operation - Monday to Sunday (9AM - 12AM Midnight). You will be provided with8-hour shifts for 5 days a week. These can be morning, afternoon or night shifts. Atleast one day of the weekend availability is mandatory.
