This role focuses on auditing existing documentation, creating and maintaining user guides, and translating complex technical specifications into structured end-user resources. The engagement supports ongoing maintenance cycles within a large team environment and requires collaboration across technical and business stakeholders.

Must Haves

• 7+ years in technical writing for SaaS platforms and software documentation
• Proven delivery of user guides, workflow mapping, and structured procedure documentation
• Translation of system specifications and API/model updates into end-user documentation
• Documentation audit and gap assessment for existing technical resources and procedures

Responsibilities

• Audit existing CreditLens user guides and identify outdated procedures or missing functionality
• Analyze click-through rates, usage metrics, and user feedback for documentation effectiveness
• Author and update user guides, job aids, and support resources for the business banking release
• Create technical manuals, release notes, and step-by-step procedure documentation
• Translate technical workflows, system specifications, and API/model updates into structured documentation
• Maintain standardized and audit-ready documentation in shared repositories
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and credit specialists on documentation updates
