Position Summary We’re a warm, respectful family in Belleville looking for a full-time, live-out, nanny to care for our cheerful 2-year old girl on weekdays. We’re looking for someone dependable, caring, and experienced or eager to learn —a great opportunity for someone early in their childcare career who enjoys spending time with young children and wants steady, supportive work. Our daughter is bright and bubbly. She loves to talk and her favourite things include music, books, numbers, and colours. ________________________________________ Job Details Location: East Belleville ON Start Date: November 2, 2026 End Date: December 31, 2027 Schedule: Monday – Friday Pay: $1,000 / week ________________________________________ Schedule • Monday-Friday: 7:15 am – 5:15 pm ________________________________________ About Our Family and Home • We’re caring parents who value communication, consistency, and kindness. • One parent works from home full-time on most days; you’ll have support nearby. • Thursdays are usually the only day both parents are away. • Our daughter is cheerful, friendly, and loves interacting with people. • We have two small poodles who are friendly and non-aggressive but tend to bark when people arrive or move through the house. • Our home is calm, organized, and smoke-free. ________________________________________ Responsibilities • Provide attentive care for our daughter: feeding, naps, playtime, potty training, bath time • Plan age-appropriate games and learning activities • Prepare simple, healthy meals and snacks for her • Child-related and light household duties, including: • Tidying play and meal areas • Cleaning up after meals • Washing the child’s laundry • Occasional vacuuming or floor cleaning • Keeping common areas tidy and organized • Let the dogs outside and feed them (no walking required) ________________________________________ What We’re Looking For • Experience with toddlers (formal or informal) • CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) • Vulnerable Sector Police Check (or willing to obtain) • Non-smoker and comfortable around small dogs • Reliable, communicative, and kind • Respectful of routines yet flexible when plans shift (notice always given in advance) ________________________________________ Why You’ll Enjoy Working with Us • Supportive, family-focused environment • Predictable schedule and open communication • Opportunity to learn and grow in childcare experience ________________________________________ Summary This is an excellent role for someone who loves children, values dependability, and wants to become part of a kind household.
