Warehouse Labourer/ Forklift Operator

THE JOB: WAREHOUSE / FORKLIFT OPERATORIntegrated Staffing is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse / Forklift Operator for a Monday to Friday position in Bridgewater. This role is ideal for someone with a valid Nova Scotia forklift certification who is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.Responsibilities include:

• Operating a forklift to move and organize products throughout the warehouse.
• Putting away incoming products and maintaining an organized workspace.
• Picking and packing customer orders accurately.
• Using pallet jacks and dollies to move materials.
• Identifying products using codes containing letters and numbers.
• Following safe lifting practices and maintaining awareness of surrounding equipment and coworkers.
• Working with team members to complete tasks safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Valid Nova Scotia forklift certification is required.
• CSA-approved steel-toed boots or shoes are mandatory.
• Ability to read and accurately identify product codes containing letters and numbers, up to 16 characters long.
• Must be comfortable completing an alphanumeric assessment as part of the selection process.
• Ability to follow safe lifting practices and work around operating warehouse equipment.
• Must be comfortable performing physical warehouse duties, including team lifts when required.
• Clean, presentable warehouse attire is required. Jeans and a non-offensive T-shirt or sweater free of rips and stains are acceptable.
• A reflective vest will be provided by the client.
