We are currently seeking an energetic, reliable, and motivated Service Support to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience
• Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new systems and technology
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a reliable, dependable approach to work
• A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to contribute to a team environment
• A valid driver’s license with a safe driving record

What You'll do:

• Provide friendly, professional service to customers visiting our Service Department
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
• Clean and maintain the interior and exterior of vehicles to ensure they are presentable and ready for delivery
• Safely coordinate the pick-up and delivery of vehicles and parts
• Support service technicians with a variety of tasks and day-to-day shop operations
• Perform other duties as required to support the Service Department and team
