Job description

Our client, a prominent leader in the insurance and financial services sector, is seeking an experienced Senior Agile Delivery Lead / Release Train Engineer (RTE).

As part of a major enterprise modernization initiative, you will serve as a neutral facilitator and strategic orchestrator. Your primary mission will be to align and bridge operations between an external consulting firm and internal technology teams. Operating as a true servant leader, you will clear impediments, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure smooth integration within a Salesforce environment alongside emerging artificial intelligence initiatives.

Advantages
High-Impact Role: Spearhead a strategic transformation initiative for an industry-leading financial institution.

Collaborative Culture: Thrives in an environment built on Agile practices, servant leadership, and teamwork.

Workplace Flexibility: Attractive hybrid work model based out of Montreal or Quebec City.

Cutting-Edge Tech: Work at the intersection of Salesforce platforms, Cloud infrastructure, and AI integration.

Responsibilities
Agile Delivery Leadership (RTE): Orchestrate and align multiple delivery trains and complex cross-functional initiatives across diverse technical teams.

Neutral Liaison: Act as an independent bridge to harmonize collaboration, facilitate communications, and resolve operational blockers between the external vendor and the internal organization.

Facilitation & Servant Leadership: Take a high-level strategic view to unblock dependencies and streamline delivery processes without direct task assignment or direct budget management.

Governance & Rollouts: Frame roadmap execution, oversee key Cloud infrastructure deployment phases, and report progress to executive leadership.

Platform Evolution & AI: Support the continuous improvement of business solutions around Salesforce and oversee proof-of-concept (POC) projects embedding artificial intelligence.

Qualifications
Experience: Proven track record as a Release Train Engineer (RTE), Agile Program Manager, or Senior Technical Project Manager in complex enterprise settings.

Industry & Tech Background: Strong experience within the insurance or financial services sector, paired with hands-on familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem.

Technical Breadth: Good foundational knowledge of Cloud infrastructure architectures and vendor migration workflows.

Soft Skills: Exceptional influential leadership, outstanding diplomatic and negotiation skills, and a clear servant-leader mindset.

Language Requirements: Fluent bilingualism in both French and English, spoken and written (mandatory).

Our client operates in Canada. The company takes all reasonable steps to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires it when necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to perform these duties. Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (both spoken and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to interact with centralized internal departments (e.g., Operations / HR / Finance / Legal / Contracts / Sales) that support the organization in Canada and that do not speak French.

Summary
Title: Senior Project Manager / Release Train Engineer (RTE)

Location: Montreal or Quebec City (Hybrid)

Status: Full-Time / Contract

Start Date: Immediate (ASAP)
