Bilingual Customer Service Representative

On the behalf of our client, Protrans Personnel Services is currently on the search for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative.

Position Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Duration: Ongoing
Location: Dieppe, NB
Shift: Monday to Friday
Hours of work 8.30am-5pm (In-Office)
Pay: $20.50/hour

Qualifications:
FULLY BILINGUAL (English and French)
Need to be able to handle 100+ calls per shift (this is higher than most other call centers)
High School Diploma or Equivalent
2 Years of previous customer services experience
Call Centre Experience Required
Data Entry experience also acceptable
French, English required, spoken, written, and reading
Excellent communication skills
Problem solving skills
Ability to work effectively and efficiently with both internal and external customers
Previous experience with phone systems

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming customer inquiries (phone and email)
Identify and resolve client concerns and issues
Enter pickups
Coordinate special movement of freight
Trace shipments
Research adjustments
All related clerical duties
