Reach Truck Operator - Day Shift

We're looking for an experienced Reach Truck Operator to join our warehouse team on a steady Monday-Friday day shift (9:00 AM-5:00 PM). If you're safety-focused, reliable, and comfortable operating reach trucks and order pickers in a fast-paced environment, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate reach trucks and order pickers
• Pick, replenish, and put away inventory
• Perform cycle counts and inventory checks
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Complete bin checks and inventory movements
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Assist with general warehouse housekeeping
• Lift and move products up to 50 lbs
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse standards

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of reach truck and order picker experience
• Valid forklift certification (Reach Truck and Order Picker)
• Experience using RF scanners and WMS systems
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with repetitive lifting and physical work
• Strong communication skills in English

Nice to Have

• Experience with voice picking or RF-based order picking
• Experience in a high-volume distribution or warehouse environment
• Inventory control and cycle count experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.15 - $22.15/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
