Position Overview

We are seeking a Solutions Architect SME to provide technical leadership in enterprise architecture, cloud adoption, application modernization, and complex system integration.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• 9+ years of relevant experience in enterprise technology, application architecture, or solutions design.

• Expert knowledge of C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and Web API.

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure SQL, and cloud solution architecture.

• Strong understanding of enterprise solution architecture and technology architecture.

• Expertise in application integration, API design, and legacy system modernization.

• Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and automated deployment practices.

• Expertise in security architecture, high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity.

• Experience leading complex enterprise architecture and integration initiatives.

• Strong architecture governance, technical risk assessment, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Microsoft Power Platform.

• Experience with enterprise networking, SAN storage, mainframe, and midrange systems.

• Experience defining technology standards, architecture roadmaps, and modernization strategies.

• Relevant cloud or architecture certifications.

• Experience advising senior leadership and mentoring technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of complex enterprise applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Web API.

• Define enterprise architecture strategies, reference architectures, design patterns, and technical standards.

• Lead cloud architecture initiatives using Microsoft Azure and Azure SQL.

• Guide application modernization, legacy system integration, and cloud migration.

• Design integration strategies involving enterprise applications and Microsoft technologies.

• Establish architecture standards for APIs, databases, distributed applications, and integration services.

• Define DevOps strategies, CI/CD standards, deployment automation, and release management practices.

• Evaluate enterprise infrastructure and technology requirements.

• Establish security, resilience, high availability, backup, and disaster recovery strategies.

• Conduct architecture reviews, technical assessments, and risk evaluations.

• Recommend technology platforms, architectural patterns, and modernization roadmaps.

• Advise senior stakeholders on technical strategy, system dependencies, risks, and solution trade-offs.

• Mentor architects, designers, developers, and technical teams.

• Lead the resolution of complex technical challenges involving performance, scalability, integration, and reliability.
