Our public sector client is seeking a AI Adoption and Enablement Consultant to lead Microsoft Copilot adoption and Responsible AI enablement initiatives
Join a public sector organization expanding its AI Program and Microsoft Copilot initiatives across the enterprise. This role focuses on AI awareness, adoption, training, communications, and scalable enablement resources that support responsible and effective AI usage. The consultant will contribute to organizational change management, Responsible AI learning programs, and adoption measurement initiatives within a regulated environment.

Must Haves
- Experience leading Microsoft Copilot, AI adoption, or digital workplace transformation initiatives in medium to large organizations
- Demonstrated expertise in change management, user adoption, training development, and organizational communications
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft , generative AI technologies, and prompt engineering for business users
- Knowledge of Responsible AI, privacy, information management, security, and governance principles within regulated environments
Nice to Have
- Experience developing multimedia learning content including videos, presentations, guides, and self-service knowledge resources
- Experience designing and delivering role-based learning programs and adoption campaigns tied to measurable business outcomes
- Experience creating communications campaigns, success stories, and awareness materials that drive engagement and adoption
Responsibilities
- Launch and maintain a centralized AI Learning Hub
- Develop role-based Copilot use case guides, prompt libraries, and adoption resources
- Design and deliver onboarding, training, and Responsible AI learning programs
- Create communications campaigns, success stories, videos, and awareness materials
- Establish adoption measurement, reporting, and value realization practices
- Support governance and compliance efforts related to Responsible AI, privacy, information management, and security
