Job description

BettingJobs is thrilled to collaborate with our client, a prominent online bookmaker known for transforming the sports betting and gaming industry, in their search for a Product Manager to join their team in either Malta or Toronto.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and manage roadmaps for frontend and acquisition verticals, aligning with company strategies and stakeholder needs.
  • Translate ideas into prioritized features using Pinnacle's delivery framework.
  • Use data insights and feedback to inform product decisions that support growth goals.
  • Engage clients to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with objectives.
  • Collaborate with UX / UI designers to enhance website experience and acquisition teams to boost conversion rates and FTDs.
  • Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch optimization with iterative development processes.
  • Facilitate team meetings (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and ensure smooth coordination across releases.
  • Conduct quality assurance, UAT, and provide post-implementation guidance to stakeholders.
  • Align team efforts with business strategies, define KPIs, and analyze delivered features' success.
  • Perform market research to identify valuable product enhancements and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Drive cross-departmental collaboration for on-time, cohesive product releases.
  • Support delivery teams in process improvements and efficiency gains.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years as a Product Manager, ideally in online gaming with a strong sports betting focus.
  • Proficient in product development methodologies, Jira, frontend technologies, and user acquisition strategies.
  • Data-driven decision-making expertise with KPI setting and analytics.
  • Experience in digital marketing (advantageous).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented problem-solver with a proactive, adaptable approach.
  • Multitasks effectively in fast-paced environments, balancing priorities and deadlines.
  • Open to learning and innovating continuously to improve products and processes.
