  • Follow up on incidents and operational issues through to resolution.
  • Perform required maintenance, updates, and validations.
  • Identify recurring issues and propose sustainable solutions.

Integrations & Troubleshooting

  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to integrations, APIs, middleware, automation, and data flows.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and developers when technical intervention or analysis is required.
  • Escalate issues appropriately, providing sufficient analysis and context to facilitate resolution.
  • Ensure data consistency and integrity between NetSuite and integrated systems.

NetSuite Administration

  • Administer NetSuite users, roles, permissions, forms, fields, workflows, and configurations.
  • Manage data imports, migrations, transformations, and validations.
  • Administer reports, Saved Searches, dashboards, and SuiteAnalytics functionality.
  • Participate in NetSuite releases, including testing and validation.

Incidents, Maintenance & Improvements

  • Manage NetSuite-related incidents and operational requests.
  • Assess needs, analyze impacts, and implement appropriate improvements.
  • Participate in continuous improvement, automation, and process optimization initiatives.
  • Contribute to the roadmap and evolution of the NetSuite environment.
  • Experience integrating new acquisitions and consolidating or harmonizing systems is considered an asset.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience.
  • NetSuite Administrator certification or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of ERP processes, including Finance, Order Management, and Inventory.
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite support, operations, troubleshooting, and incident management.
  • Good knowledge of SuiteAnalytics, Saved Searches, reports, and dashboards.
  • Experience with REST APIs/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., Celigo), EDI, or similar technologies.
  • Proficient in SuiteScript, with the ability to interpret and troubleshoot existing scripts.

  • Experience with NetSuite bundles and third-party solutions.
  • Experience with WMS, ShipStation, or eCommerce environments (considered an asset).
  • Experience integrating new acquisitions and consolidating or harmonizing systems (considered an asset).
  • Ability to quickly understand an issue, identify its likely cause, and determine whether it can be resolved by the NetSuite administration team or should be escalated to the development team.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into effective, reliable, and sustainable NetSuite solutions.
  • Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
