About the role

A career an Advisor – Cloud, People & Culture at Intact Insurance means guiding our people through a five-year shift from on-premises infrastructure to cloud-enabled ways of working. You will own the vision, roadmap and backlog for the People & Culture pillar, translating program strategy into practical change, communication, learning and adoption outcomes. Through people-first leadership, strong stakeholder influence and disciplined product management, you will help teams understand what is changing, build the skills they need and adopt new cloud practices sustainably.

You will join Intact’s Cloud Symphony program, a multi-year, cloud-smart transformation that brings technology, operating practices and people forward together. Within the People & Culture pillar, you will work closely with pillar leads, technical experts, change and communications partners, HR, application teams and leaders across Tech+Lab. Your role is not to be the deepest cloud specialist; it is to convene the right expertise, create clarity and ensure teams have the information, learning and support needed to move progressively through the journey.

What you'll do here:

  • Define and communicate the pillar vision, roadmap, priorities and measurable outcomes, aligned with Cloud Symphony’s objectives and Intact’s values.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog; convert stakeholder needs, change impacts and program dependencies into clear initiatives, features and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead skills-gap analysis and role mapping, helping teams understand future cloud capabilities, career paths and development needs.
  • Co-create targeted learning roadmaps, training plans and certification paths with program pillars, subject-matter experts and learning partners.
  • Build and execute an audience-based communication and engagement approach across communities of practice, leadership forums, digital channels and program updates.
  • Partner with change, communications, HR, cloud engineering, operations and application teams to prepare impacted groups for migration waves and new ways of working.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops and feedback loops that build a common cloud language, surface concerns and strengthen stakeholder commitment.
  • Establish adoption measures—including training consumption, certification progress, engagement, readiness and sentiment—and use insights to continuously improve the experience.
  • Make progress visible by publishing milestones, lessons learned and success stories while maintaining a consistent, transparent program narrative.
  • Support program governance, planning and Agile/SAFe ceremonies; identify dependencies, manage risks and escalate decisions that affect value delivery.

What you bring to the table:

  • University degree in business, information technology, communications, organizational development or a related field, with substantial relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated product ownership or program leadership experience in a complex technology transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of organizational change, stakeholder engagement, communications, learning and adoption practices.
  • Ability to translate technical cloud concepts and strategic direction into clear, practical and motivating outcomes for diverse audiences.
  • Experience developing product roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, defining outcomes and working in Agile, Scrum or SAFe environments.
  • Excellent facilitation, influencing, storytelling and relationship-building skills, including comfort working with senior leaders and technical specialists.
  • Analytical and outcome-oriented mindset, with experience defining KPIs, interpreting feedback and adjusting plans based on evidence.
  • Understanding of cloud transformation, application migration, cloud operating models or enterprise technology is a strong asset.
  • Change management, Agile/SAFe or cloud certification is considered an asset.
  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English speaking colleagues across the country.
  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada

Success in this role

  • Impacted teams understand the Cloud Symphony journey, what it means for them and where to find support.
  • Learning and certification paths are aligned to future roles and program milestones.
  • Leaders are equipped to communicate consistently and reinforce new ways of working.
  • Adoption, readiness and sentiment are measured, visible and improving over time.
  • The People & Culture backlog delivers timely, reusable capabilities that help migration and transformation teams succeed.
