What you’ll do

Lead projects from pre-construction through closeout, bringing clients, consultants, trades, and site teams together to deliver great work.

• Own project budgets, forecasting, schedules, and procurement.

• Manage subcontractor tendering, contracts, and change orders.

• Partner with superintendents to maintain safety, quality, and project momentum.

• Build strong client relationships and lead clear, productive project meetings.

• Anticipate challenges and work with the team to resolve them.

• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Coordinators.

• Oversee closeout, including documentation and financial reconciliation.

What you bring

You’re an intermediate or senior Project Manager with experience delivering ICI construction projects. You combine sound commercial judgment with practical problem-solving and know how to keep a team moving in the same direction.

Commercial or hospitality experience would be particularly valuable. You’ll also bring confidence managing project financials, schedules, and contracts; strong communication skills; and a construction-related education or equivalent practical experience.

Location

The role is based in Victoria. Island-based candidates are preferred, with some flexibility for a weekly commuter available on the Island Monday through Friday.
