Accounting Associate - Contract

Our client is a solution for business, home, and connected environments located in Mississauga, ON. They are looking to bring on an Accounting Associate during a busy time with strong potential to convert to perm. The role is in office 5 days a week. They are looking for an Accounting Associate to support full-cycle AP and AR, including invoicing, collections, vendor payments, reconciliations, and month-end activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle AP and AR, including invoices, payment runs, cash application, collections, and account follow-up.
• Complete AP/AR reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and support month-end close.
• Assist with bank reconciliations, aging reports, cash flow updates, and audit support.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on AP/AR or accounting experience.
• Strong Excel skills, including Vlookups, pivot tables, and formulas.
• ERP experience required; JDE experience is an asset
