Hello! We are a family in Richmond looking for a caring, responsible, and reliable babysitter for our 12-year-old daughter. We are exploring flexible after-school and evening childcare options. Our needs are unpredictable due to our work schedules, so we may require help on different days, sometimes at short notice and occasionally until around 9:00 p.m. We are unable to offer a fixed weekly schedule. We are looking for someone who can help ensure our daughter's safety, stay in communication with us about her after-school arrangements, provide appropriate evening supervision, and assist with meal preparation. A Cantonese-speaking caregiver would be preferred so that we can communicate clearly.
