Scale Clerk

Job Description

We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team in Lévis, Quebec. This is a permanent position. The schedule is full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

As a Scale Clerk, you will be responsible for tracking incoming and outgoing material shipments. You will weigh materials, produce weigh tickets, and provide excellent customer service.

What you will be responsible for:

• Greet customers and provide courteous service upon arrival.
• Weigh trucks and enter information into the system.
• Prepare delivery slips and shipping documents using the software.
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries as needed.
• Monitor material shipments and generate required reports.
• Perform general office duties (opening customer accounts, filing, invoicing, etc.).

Qualifications

To join our team:

• Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and take responsibility.
• Resourceful and self-motivated.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
