Night Shipping Manager

Tasks

• Supervise and coordinate the shipping team during the night shift;
• Plan and organize freight loading according to delivery routes;
• Inspect and verify order accuracy and compliance before departure;
• Manage priorities and quickly resolve logistical issues on the warehouse floor;
• Apply and enforce health, safety, and housekeeping standards within the warehouse;
• Communicate and provide end-of-shift reports to the day team;
• Perform all other related duties as required.

Job requirements

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within shipping and logistics;
• Strong knowledge of shipping processes and warehouse operations;
• Proven leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and strong stress management;
• Ability to work independently and efficiently on a night shift;
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic computer applications.
