Technical Support Specialist

Salary: $60,000 - 70,000 per year
Requirements:
- At least four years of hands-on IT support experience; education does not count toward this experience requirement.
- Experience supporting multiple clients, locations, or environments is an asset.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and curiosity about identifying root causes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical people.
- Willingness to mentor others, share knowledge, and learn from teammates.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve clients day-to-day technology issues remotely and on-site.
- Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and business application issues.
- Support printers, scanners, mobile devices, and other technology used by small and medium-sized businesses.
- Investigate and resolve network connectivity and infrastructure issues.
- Manage incident and service request tickets, prioritizing quality and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with teammates to solve problems and share knowledge.
- Use modern RMM, PSA, and support tools to deliver service.
- Help teammates address more challenging issues and serve as a trusted source of technical knowledge.
