- Zetaware
- HPC (High Performance Compute) environment reservoir simulation cluster
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Application Support:
- Manage and maintain application environments to ensure high availability and performance
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating to vendors or third-line support when required
- Support applications and interfaces, upgrades, and configuration changes
- Provide Tier and Tier end-user support via phone, email, and self-service portal
- Perform incident and request management
- Conduct issue triage, escalation, and resolution tracking
- Handle ticket logging, tracking, and reporting
- Manage licensing and user account provisioning & de-provisioning (onboarding and offboarding)
- Maintain and update the knowledge base related to enterprise applications
