What You’ll Be Doing: As a Line Cook at The Arlington Hotel, you’ll prepare quality dishes that meet our standards for flavour and presentation.

You’ll work alongside a supportive culinary team, helping keep service organized, efficient, and consistent.

Prepare menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.

Assist with food preparation, plating, restaurant service, and special events.

Set up, stock, and maintain your station throughout service.

Keep work areas and equipment clean, safe, and organized.

Follow food handling, storage, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Work with the culinary team to provide timely, consistent service.

Participate in training, team meetings, and ongoing learning.

Prepare each dish with care, accuracy, and pride.

From daily restaurant service to private events and celebrations, you’ll help create a welcoming dining experience for our guests.

What You Bring to the Table: Experience in a restaurant, banquet, or high-volume kitchen.

Strong knife skills and familiarity with a range of cooking techniques.

A Safe Food Handler’s Certificate is an asset.

Culinary Trade Certification or a Red Seal designation is an asset.

A genuine interest in food and pride in your work.

Flexibility to work during daytime, evenings, weekends, and event-based hours.
