Job description
Our public sector client is seeking an Intermediate Service Designer (5+) to support service design and UX initiatives using SharePoint
This opportunity supports service design and customer experience initiatives within a municipal technology environment. The role focuses on delivering service design and UX support with strong SharePoint expertise over a short-term engagement starting ASAP. The engagement is expected to run approximately 80 hours over 6 weeks with up to 30 hours in a week.
Must Haves
- 5+ years in Service Design and UX
- Strong SharePoint experience
- Availability to commit a minimum of 30 hours per week over a 6-week engagement
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting customer experience initiatives
- Background within a municipal or public sector environment
Responsibilities
- Support service design initiatives
- Provide UX expertise for ongoing work
