Senior Change Management Specialist to lead organizational change initiatives

Our public sector client is seeking a Senior Change Management Specialist (10+ years) to lead organizational change initiatives using change management methodologies and project management processes

Join a public sector organization supporting large-scale organizational change initiatives within a project management environment. This role focuses on driving adoption, stakeholder engagement, communications, training support, and change readiness activities across project initiatives. The engagement offers involvement in enterprise-scale change efforts requiring structured change management delivery and collaboration with project teams and senior leaders.

Contract, Winnipeg, Hybrid, Working Hours: 7am - 5pm CST

Must Haves

• Prosci (ADKAR) and/or CCMP certification
• 10+ years with change management principles, methodologies, and tools
• 8+ years in a project management environment supporting large-scale organizational change
• Training materials, communication plans, and presentations development
• Windows-based computer, licensed Visio software, and own communication device

Nice to Have

• Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and project lifecycle phases
• Experience assessing change readiness and stakeholder impacts

Responsibilities

• Apply structured methodology and lead change management activities
• Create strategies to support adoption of project and initiative changes
• Support communication efforts and key communications delivery
• Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness, and identify stakeholders
• Support the design and delivery of training programs
• Create actionable deliverables for change management plans and resistance management plans
• Track and report issues while monitoring change progress and success metrics
