IT Service Desk Engineer

Salary: $50,000 - 60,000 per year
Requirements:
- We prefer a diploma, certificate, or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- We value previous customer service or technical support experience.
- Familiarity with Windows 10 and Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, basic networking, and mobile device support is preferred.
- Were looking for strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills, along with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship.
- English is required.
- A driving licence is required.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client requests by phone, email, and remote support tools.
- Troubleshoot Windows desktop and Microsoft 365 issues.
- Help users with password resets, account administration, and access requests.
- Support printers, workstations, mobile devices, and common business applications.
- Record issues, resolutions, and procedures in our service management platform.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when needed.
- Follow our established processes and security best practices.
- Take part in ongoing technical training and professional development.
