Senior HRIS Analyst

Our client in Mississauga, a leader in their industry, is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to support and enhance the organization's HR technology landscape. This role will serve as the subject matter expert for UKG (UltiPro) and UKG Workforce Management (WFM), partnering closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to optimize system performance, reporting, and business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for UKG (UltiPro) and UKG Workforce Management (WFM)
• Configure, maintain, and optimize HRIS functionality to support business requirements
• Lead system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and new module implementations
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to improve processes and system utilization
• Develop, maintain, and automate reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to internal stakeholders
• Analyze business requirements and recommend technology solutions to improve efficiency and data integrity
• Support system integrations and data management initiatives
• Identify opportunities for automation, continuous improvement, and enhanced user experience

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive HRIS experience, with 2+ years operating at a strategic level
• Direct experience with UKG (UltiPro) and UKG Workforce Management (WFM) required
• Exceptional analytical thinking, collaboration, and communication skills
• Proven track record of leading process improvements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
