Under the supervision of the Senior Director, Customer Experience, the Real Estate Coordinator Intern supports Coordinators and Account Managers in managing real estate financing files. The intern participates in the preparation and follow-up of documentation, helps ensure the quality and compliance of files, and contributes to delivering an efficient client experience. The role may also involve participating in projects related to compliance, process improvement, and client experience.
Responsabilities
Compliance and Administration
- Participate in the preparation of required documentation in accordance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Perform necessary follow-ups to ensure files are complete and compliant.
- Contribute to periodic compliance update activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the efficient processing of requests.
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.
Client and Team Support
- Assist with the processing and follow-up of requests from clients and internal partners.
- Prepare, review, and follow up on required documentation.
- Support Coordinators and Account Managers with administrative and operational activities.
- Assist in resolving issues related to client files.
Qualifications
- College or university student in a relevant field (administration, finance, accounting, real estate, or a related discipline).
- Interest in commercial real estate financing.
- Strong organizational and priority management skills.
- Attention to detail, diligence, and ability to work independently.
- Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (an asset).
