Job description
Our client is looking for an experienced Personal Injury Legal Assistant to add to their growing team in downtown Toronto:
- 2+ years of Litigation experience (Personal Injury / Insurance Defense) is required
- Primary responsibilities include Scheduling and Intake Calls
- May prepare for examinations for discovery, case conferences, mediations, motions, appeals, pre-trial conferences, trials, and mediations/arbitrations
- May liaise with clients and opposing counsel
This a new position with the firm; Expected Salary Range $65,000 - $85,000
