A career in Capital Markets Operations at National Bank means leveraging your expertise to support the evolution and execution of the Capital Markets business strategy. It is a role that allows you to pursue your ambitions through collaboration and empowerment. Through your involvement in various processes related to the Counterparty Documentation Center - Account Opening, you will contribute to the Bank's transformation.

Your Role

  • Perform various account openings and updates in Capital Markets transaction systems in accordance with established policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Process a high volume of requests while meeting established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Respond effectively to client and stakeholder inquiries by providing professional and courteous service.
  • Identify user needs, assess issues, and make recommendations to optimize processes while maintaining a high level of service quality.
  • Ensure the accuracy of data and transactions within operational systems.
  • Contribute to the analysis of the performance of tools, systems, and processes.

Please note that, to meet our clients' needs, this position operates from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field OR a college diploma (DEC) with three years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining speed and accuracy.
