Your New RoleAs a Junior Project Manager, you will lead pipeline integrity projects from planning through execution and closeout. Working with operations, engineering, construction, environmental, regulatory, and supply chain teams, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and inpliance withpany and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities• Manage pipeline integrity projects throughout the full project life cycle.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal teams to support execution.
• Monitor project performance, costs, scope, quality, and schedule.
• Lead change management, issue resolution, and project reporting activities.
• Promote safety excellence and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Need to SucceedMust-Have Requirements• Project management experience within pipeline, energy, oil & gas, or infrastructure environments.
• Knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and project controls.
• Experience managing contractors, procurement activities, and construction execution.
• Strong stakeholder engagement andmunication skills.
• Understanding of safety, quality, regulatory, and environmental requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have Requirements• Pipeline integrity or asset integrity project experience.
• PMP designation or formal project management training.
• Knowledge of midstream operations and capital project delivery.
