IT Operations Coordinator

Salary: $70,000 - 85,000 per year

• Preferred: Have at least two years of experience with enterprise applications, infrastructure, systems analysis, data administration or reporting, programming, service management, mission-critical and fault-resilient applications, and high-volume transactions and users.
• Preferred: Have at least two years of ERP systems experience.
• Preferred: Have at least two years of advanced MS Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Plan strategically and align technology with business goals while overseeing IT operations and security, system stability, and data protection.
• Manage the cloud-based ERP system, provide technical support to end users, and maintain and produce ERP reports.
• Maintain LAN, WAN, and VPN functionality.
• Coordinate with Dixon USA to keep computers at recommended patch levels and to review, prioritize, and coordinate major Canadian IT projects.
• Reinforce cybersecurity awareness and educate users on best practices.
• Review and negotiate IT supplier contracts.
• Verify that data is backed up regularly.
• Help manage the phone system and troubleshoot issues reported by users.
• Maintain records related to privacy and confidentiality.
• Uphold confidentiality and comply with applicable regulations, legal standards, and company policies and procedures.
