Usha looking for a babysitter or nanny in Oshawa

We are a family of 3. We have a sweet little girl (20 months old) who is full of love and energy. She loves outdoor walks, reading books, and trying new things. We are currently looking for a sitter for 2 evenings per week and at least one day each weekend. However, the hours may increase as we are planning to grow our family in the near future. Our ideal sitter: Bonds well with our baby, can assist us in the long term, can do light household chores and meal prep, has experience in childcare, is knowledgeable of child safety, development and milestones and incorporates this into care of the child, is organized and takes the initiative to help the family in general and understands and respects boundaries, house rules and the parents' decisions for the child.
