Architect of solutions- AS Savings

Mandate Overview:

· The client is looking for a second solution architect, at the same level as the current one, to absorb major initiatives and the modernization of an ecosystem combining legacy, on-premises and cloud.

· The role sits close to enterprise and business architecture: cross-system integration, reuse, corporate standards, non-functional requirements.

· The person proposes solutions, defends them before other architects and up to vice-presidents, and approves those of others, beyond savings.

· They manage no one: they facilitate workshops, mobilize the systems architects and make decisions with them, based on their impact analyses.

· On technology, capability-level knowledge of Azure, .NET and React is enough, and it may come from projects where these technologies were used; Salesforce and MuleSoft are assets. Finance or savings experience is not required on arrival.

· Candidate sought: A Solution architect with about 12 years of experience, used to reviews and approvals in a hybrid ecosystem, who designs cross-system integration with standards and non-functional requirements in mind.

· A unifying leader without a management role, they challenge and accept being challenged and learn new technologies quickly.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

· Solution design and governance (reviews, approvals, decision traceability)

· Cross-system integration, corporate standards, functional and non-functional requirements, reuse

· Capability-level knowledge of Azure, .NET and React, project exposure is enough

· Hybrid ecosystem, legacy and cloud

· Leadership without people management: workshop facilitation, mobilization, ability to challenge

· Explaining complex concepts, negotiation and conflict resolution

· Architecture modeling framework or practice (C4 Model, TOGAF, Zachman or equivalent)

· High-availability, high-volume systems

· SDLC, DevOps, Agile, MVP, LEAN, ITIL methodologies

· Appetite for AI applied to architecture (integration, documentation, diagrams)

· ASSET:

· Salesforce (Experience Cloud, Data Cloud), designed as an integrated platform (not blocking, pilot not confirmed)

· MuleSoft (API Led Connectivity), asset classification to be confirmed

· Architecture experience on Salesforce
