Part-Time Class 1/AZ Shunt Driver

Bison Drivers are paid every week, on time! This position runs Saturday & Sunday departing 0600 to 1800.

• Hourly rate: $26.25
• Langley Terminal Shunting for Yard/Shop and Cross dock when open on weekends
• Shunt Truck provided, with Day Cab Tractor as backup (must be comfortable using both)
• Start time and shift length is fixed
• Hours of work might change from time to time according to operational demands
• Essential responsibilities are trailer movement, trailer staging, trailer quick-checks, and trailer greasing, along with other general shop/yard duties

Candidate Profile:

• Company Driver with 24 months tractor-trailer experience
• Valid Class 1/AZ License
• Must be able to work weekends
• Well organized and possess excellent customer service skills
• Comfortable with smartphone technology for emailing and texting
• Comfortable backing in all manner of tight spaces and locations
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more
• Reliable, flexible, and punctual
• Strong communication skills
• Values safety
