Job description
Our banking client is seeking a Business Analyst II (4 years of experience) to support an OpenText TeamSite to SharePoint migration project using content validation and testing
Join a large-scale migration initiative supporting a critical internal intranet transformation within a banking environment. This role focuses on validating migrated content, testing site functionality, documenting defects, and ensuring content accuracy between legacy and new platforms. The position offers exposure to a high-visibility migration project within a large cross-functional team.

Must Haves
- 4+ years of testing experience supporting migration or validation activities
- 4+ years working with OpenText TeamSite and SharePoint
- Experience validating migrated content and documenting defects
- Strong command of the English language in written and verbal communication
- Post secondary education
Nice to Have
- HTML coding
- Prior experience supporting migration projects
- Banking or enterprise environment experience
Responsibilities
- Compare migrated content against legacy content for accuracy and completeness
- Validate functionality of migrated SharePoint pages and site components
- Identify content gaps, sequencing issues, and migration challenges
- Document defects and support validation-to-fix activities
- Verify migration of tables, attachments, procedures, and related content
- Support migration readiness by addressing scripting issues and re-testing fixes
- Confirm transferred procedures and content align with expected functionality
