Onsite contract opportunity delivering practical change-management, stakeholder-engagement and supplier-enablement activities for an Alberta public-sector transformation initiative.
- Fully onsite in Edmonton, five days per week.
- Full-time hours: 36.25 hours per week.
What & Why:
Our client’s Strategic Procurement Office is seeking a Change Management Analyst to support a complex transformation affecting business processes, systems and ways of working. This is a hands-on delivery role. You will create change materials, facilitate stakeholder sessions and carry out communications, training, readiness and adoption activities that prepare people for implementation. The assignment includes supplier enablement, helping external suppliers understand changes, prepare for transition and adopt new processes.
Who:
You will work directly with project teams, business and operational representatives, ministry stakeholders and suppliers. Your work will connect program priorities with the practical information, training and support that different audiences need. You will operate within established program direction, standards, templates and messaging.
You:
You are comfortable producing clear, useful materials and taking ownership of delivery activities. You can facilitate a workshop, turn its findings into practical actions, prepare audience-specific communications and follow through on readiness or training needs. You bring strong writing, facilitation and organizational skills, with the ability to translate complex changes into language that people can understand and act on.
Critical Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least four years of direct change-facilitation experience.
- At least four years developing change-management deliverables, including change strategies and plans, training strategies and plans, stakeholder impact assessments, and communication strategies and plans.
- At least four years developing effective communication materials for stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to personally produce change artifacts, facilitate engagement activities and support implementation.
- Ability to work fully onsite in Edmonton, five days per week.
Nice to Have:
- Prosci or CCMP certification.
- Three years developing and delivering training materials, including documentation, computer-based training modules and training videos.
- Three years developing readiness programs, training or stakeholder engagement.
- Two years gathering requirements through methods such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, process descriptions, use cases, business analysis and business process modelling.
- Three years working within digital transformation initiatives at the Government of Alberta.
Compensation:
Hourly contract compensation will be discussed based on experience, engagement structure and alignment with the client’s requirements.
