Project Coordinator - Telecommunications Construction

Required

Experience

• Hands-on experience in fibre or telecommunications construction, ideally in Alberta, with a solid understanding of field activities and terminology
• Confident with locate processes and submitting and managing requests through Utility Safety Partners
• Familiarity with construction drawings, document control, and permitting processes
• Comfortable coordinating directly with field personnel and operations

Technical Skills

• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
• Experience maintaining trackers, databases, and reporting tools
• Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Office, and Trimble Construction One is considered an asset

• Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with strong attention to detail
• Clear, professional communicator with contractors, municipalities, landowners, and internal teams
