Junior to Intermediate IT Help Desk Support Analyst to join a computer refresh project (Windows 11 and MS )

We are seeking Junior to Intermediate IT Support Analysts to support a large-scale computer refresh and deployment project. These are hands-on roles working directly with end users to prepare, replace and configure computers, troubleshoot issues and ensure users are ready to work with their new equipment.

The team is hiring 2 Junior/Low Intermediate resources and 1 Intermediate resource.

Location: Winnipeg - % in office role

Contract: 3 month contract with possibility of extension

Must Have:

• Experience as an IT Help Desk Support Analyst with hands-on experience with Windows workstation support and deployment in an enterprise environment, including preparing, configuring, deploying or replacing computers.
• Experience supporting Windows 11 and Microsoft .
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, including OUs, security groups and GPOs.
• Basic troubleshooting experience across hardware, applications, drivers and network connectivity.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work directly with end users.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SCCM / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
• Experience with IMAC support (Install, Move, Add, Change).
• Experience with user onboarding and offboarding.
• Experience preparing, imaging or configuring computers for deployment.

What You Will Do

• Support the computer refresh and replacement project, including preparing, configuring and deploying computers to end users.
• Configure and support Windows 11 and Microsoft .
• Work with Active Directory, including Organizational Units (OUs), security groups and Group Policy (GPOs).
• Process and support user onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Troubleshoot common computer hardware, application, driver and network issues.
• Provide hands-on support to end users with a strong focus on communication and customer service.
• Work independently, follow established processes and complete assigned work with minimal supervision.
• For the Intermediate position, support IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities and take on more complex or independent technical work.
