Job SummaryTo provide financial, administrative, and clerical services. Duties include ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue and posting receipts.Primary Responsibilities of the positionco-ordination of purchasing activities with approved supplier base. Negotiate best pricing and discount, with supply base - applying principles of buying, inventory control & transportationsContinuous review of procurements to ensure appropriate negotiations conducted, issues resolved with supply baseIssue purchase orders from properly authorized requisitionsAssist in inventory counts & reporting.Contact with stock-keepers and purchasing assistants when needed.
