A career as a sound and video consultant in the Digital Practices / Studio 24 team at National Bank means acting as a specialist in digital events shot in the studio. It is through your expertise, your studio experience and your knowledge of Marketing and Communications trends that you have a positive impact on our employees, our customers and our shareholders in addition to having an impact on our brand awareness.
Your job :
Be the expert in the operationalization of the control room and sound control room at Studio 24 (in-house studio).
Prepare live events and filming : logistical coordination, technical cutting, preparation of equipment (cameras, lighting, sound).
Solve technical and logistical problems in real time.
Ensure the organization of internal and external digital events (team coordination, collaboration with external third parties and execution).
Advise on the course of events, scripts, shooting, ideation, content, scripting.
Ensure the evolution of studio work processes and technological enhancement, make recommendations and train the team in terms of best practices.
Create set universes (ideation, assembly and dismantling of sets).
Manage projects simultaneously with multiple stakeholders in an agile mode.
Influence stakeholders, be on the lookout for industry trends and innovate.
Master post-production (editing, color grading, special effects, and audio editing processes).
Ensure that the visual aesthetic, that it is defined in relation to the brand image, is respected and that the final product is of high quality.

Within the Employee Experience sector, you will be part of a team of 5 colleagues and report to the Senior Manager of National Bank / Studio 24 Digital Practices. Our team establishes a digital communication strategy by designing high-impact digital productions for employé.es, targeted and mass audiences. This is in order to offer them a clear and coherent vision of the Bank's objectives and business strategies and to increase its notoriety.
It contributes to the promotion of its culture, values and activities. Our productions aim to engage and mobilize employé.es, in order to provide them with a positive experience and to help them take ownership of new products designed to improve our impact on our employé.es, our customers and our shareholders.
The team also ensures the alignment and synergy of digital productions in order to optimize their cohesion and dissemination throughout the organization and externally.

Prerequisite :
Five (5) to ten (10) years of experience as a control room operator in a studio or similar position.
Excellent knowledge of audiovisual equipment and filming techniques.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and Microsoft Teams.
Knowledge of at least one of the following software : Davinci, Fusions and Resolve.
Languages :
Reason to require this language : you will need to work closely with our colleagues outside Quebec.
