URGENT: Nanny Wanted - Experienced Nanny / Family Assistant Needed For Young Family In Kamloops

We are a family in Kamloops looking for an experienced, reliable and caring nanny/family assistant to help support our family at home. We have two young boys: a two-year-old who attends daycare and a young infant. We are looking for someone who can become a trusted and consistent part of our family’s routine and help take some of the day-to-day workload off our household. Responsibilities would include helping care for the children, daycare drop-offs and pick-ups, preparing meals, light housekeeping and tidying, laundry, and occasional groceries or errands. Having a valid driver’s licence, a clean driving record and being comfortable transporting our son is important. Our infant has recently spent an extended period in BC Children’s Hospital following major heart surgery. Because of this, we are especially interested in someone with strong infant experience. Previous experience with medically complex children, healthcare, nursing, HCA, ECE or similar experience would be a major asset, but is not necessarily required. We will make sure the right person is comfortable with his needs and routine before being responsible for his care. CPR/First Aid certification, a criminal record check and strong references are important to us. We are flexible on exact hours and are open to discussing part-time or potentially more regular hours with the right person.
